It is difficult to talk about problems, as that feels like betrayal. They keep the shit inside, don’t hang the dirty linen outside. It is difficult to step out of the clan. They feel locked in, by rules and laws, contracts and marriages.
The problem can start by being blamed for everything, when they are unfairly criticised for the fault of others, for instance siblings. They feel the whole world is accusing them wrongly, unfairly, when they are made fun of at school. It can happen when they feel homosexual, but cannot talk about it, as that will not be accepted by the family.
They have a low self-esteem and thus have problems making contact. They cannot imagine someone would be friends with them. They easily feels criticised and insulted and then can suddenly get outbursts of anger with the desire to hit others. Or they fear to embarrass themselves by saying something wrong.MindMental breakdown, from failing at school or work.

Difficult to get out, for children, husband, parents-in-law.
Difficult to talk about problems, emotions, because it is so normal.

I expect a lot from people. I also try to do as much as possible for them.
But then I feel that the other person is not trying at all.
I have stress from the dormitory, from school. I can't relax there.
Fear for my health, with sweating, dizziness, and panic in contacts.
Feeling guilty if they want to break out, one has to be loyal.
