They feel cold, icy cold and cannot stand the cold. It can feel as if they are frozen to death. On a deeper level it can express as a cold heartedness, being cruel, torturing and killing animals. Their heart can feel cold, as if lacking empathy and compassion.
In Camphora the theme of being alone in the world without protection is expressed as being alone, in the cold, freezing to death. It feels like a child left alone after birth in the cold. Or an astronaut freezing to death in space.
The first case is that of a baby left in the cold and almost died.
