Syzygium jambos
3-654.15.09654.14.09 Syzygium jambos, CaseWoman, 30, diabetes.
She has had diabetes since puberty. She drank and urinated a lot, became emaciated and was tired. Her parents told her that she could get cured from it but then had to do extraordinary things. She believed them. Her blood is easily out of balance, worse during menses, when there is stress, emotions. She gets tingling in her fingers. She had attacks of bulimia with vomiting, especially in unpleasant situations, eating her frustration away. It is difficult for her to remain stable. It has become better since psychotherapy and Buddhism.
She does not have a stable relationship. Relationships are always difficult due to one sided being in love. She cannot believe that someone will really love her; she thinks she has to do extraordinary things before someone can love her. She feels she is floating in the company a man she likes. It all comes from seeing the misery between her parents.
She has a difficult relationship with her mother, who is anxious, has hallucinations and psychoses but does not want to be treated for it. Her mother is unpredictable, creating unbearable situations. It is painful but she cannot solve it. Her father stayed with her mother out of love and support. But there were moments that her father could not cope anymore, was hiding and she and her brother had to comfort him. That made the connection stronger. She often felt sad seeing the quarrels between her parents, fearing they would divorce. She felt better when her parents were proud of her when she had success.
She is very successful in art, working hard at it.
She is very critical of herself, about her bulimia and alcohol consumption.
