Head: headache, forehead, temples, parietal, left, with irritability, > clenching teeth, shaking of lower limbs, pain in calves, restlessness and lack of concentration, twitching of left upper eye lid, < evening, < moving head, > pressure, > rest, < concentrating, > pressure, < sun, < reading, > tight bandage, > bathing, > closing eyes; sensation as if forehead is perspiring, as if hot vapour rising from middle of the forehead; pimples over forehead, < touch; hair falling.
Eyes: aching, congestive, < noon, > pressure, > sleep; itching, burning, watering; twitching eyelid.
Ears: pain in left, < empty swallowing.
Nose: coryza, thin watery nasal discharge; thick, yellowish green nasal discharge; stopped, dry nostrils; pain in the root of the nose, < touch; sneezing with heat eyes, < dry wind.
Face: red; perspiration; painful pimples on right cheek; paralysis.
Mouth: dry, constricted; scanty saliva, intense thirst; taste bitter, metallic taste; aphthous ulcer, dark red, raised margins and yellowish base, inflamed oedematous area around it, burning < washing or from slightest touch; lips dry, constriction, red, inflamed, protruded, oedematous; ulcer right lower lip, intense burning, < washing, < slightest touch.
Throat: sore, burning like black pepper, < empty swallowing, < talking, extends to ears; tonsils, upper palate and uvula red, congested, enlarged; scraping constant; lump feeling, > hawking; dry spot in the throat with itching and causing coughing.
Lungs: dry cough, hoarse, < inspiration, > warm drinks; expectoration thick, tough, white, salty, scanty; breathing difficult, rattling in chest.
Chest, stitching pain, right lower 4th, 5th and 6th intercostal region, as if pain comes from inside out, < inspiration, exertion, motion, > rest, > supporting the chest with hands; tuberculosis.
Heart: lancinating chest pain, comes suddenly and persists for a while, debilitating pain.
Stomach: nausea, < breakfast, < evening; empty belching with yawning and tiredness; heavy, full; shifting pain; empty all gone feeling > eating.
Abdomen: heavy, full, = flatulence; pain, comes and goes suddenly, > pressure; bubbling sensation in right hypochondria; colic; irritable bowel syndrome; liver intoxication; diabetes mellitus.
Rectum: constant urging, unfinished sensation; constipation with hard, large and black stool; haemorrhoids protruding, bleeding, burning > washing with cold water; loud flatus; stool soft; constant urging; stool hard alternate soft stool; diarrhoea, dysentery.
Urinary: urine scantly; infrequent; urine yellow, scanty.
Male: sexual desire increased, intense erection after midnight; diminished; bruised pain in the right testicle; gonorrhoea.
Female: menses early; dark, scanty; with backache; dysmenorrhoea, pain extends to back with of fullness in lower abdomen; leucorrhoea; uterine disorders; labour weak, retained placenta; abortion; cramps during pregnancy; gonorrhoea.
Back: aching pain, middle of spine, lower cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae are very sensitive, < stooping, > sitting erect, > straightening the back; pain in coccyx; sciatica.
Limbs: pain, stiff, proximal interphalangeal joint of the left hand; twitching of deltoid muscle; itching eruption over left elbow, posterior aspect; numb arms, pins, needles, < fanning, < cold; tibial pain; bone pains, > warm application; heavy lower-limbs; cracks tip of big toe and second toe, dry peeling cracks around the cracks; dryness of folds of thighs, ulcer, burning and peeling of dust like particle while scratching, worse night, washing.
Skin: eruption, red itching, burning; elbow joint, back of foot; + perspiration, + exfoliation; thin, watery, sticky discharge < scratching; itching of scrotum, thighs, < washing, < perspiration, < scratching; itching without eruption, trunk, chest, back, arms face; tumours; boils; warts; elephantiasis; < snake and scorpion bites.
