They have a position in the community, the position of the working class. The position is solid, there is not the fear of being rejected and cast out.
But they have to endure the domination of others, their boss, their husband or wife. They would like to escape that domination but that is impossible. It is like having a yoke on them all the time, fetching and carrying, cleaning, for the boss.
Fever: malarial, < morning, no chill or thirst, with urticaria.
Urinary: kidney stone, gravel, calculus in the bladder; cystitis; urination painful, dribbling; incontinence.
Male: sexual weakness, neurasthenia; impotence.
Female: leucorrhoea; labour problems.
Skin: urticaria, burning, itching > cold, < heat; swelling and redness, small red pimples; eruptions due to prickly heat.
