There is very marked aggression, as if they feel attacked directly and have to defend themselves. They feel that attack is the best defense.

Female: menses early; uterus swelling, heavy, feels as if about to issue from the vagina, prolapseus; leucorrhoe; cramp like pains during the menses; delivery, parturition delayed from pain.
