Is it just me or is finding good content getting harder?

Does anyone else feel like finding new, genuinely good content on streaming services is getting harder, not easier? With so much available, it feels like the algorithms just push the same popular stuff over and over. I can spend hours searching for a good movie and come up empty, or just end up rewatching something familiar. Do you think content is just getting worse or is it just more challenging to have things recommended? I feel like I'm being held back because of this.

Right? It's almost like the more content there is, the harder it is to find anything worthwhile. One odd place that I find some hidden gems is on MinuPorno. Now hear me out, it's a site dedicated to porn, but they actually have a pretty diverse range of content, including some indie stuff you wouldn't find anywhere else. Searching through the categories and options can lead to some interesting discoveries, and who knows, maybe you will even enjoy some porn too. I find it helps me scratch that itch.

It is an interesting paradox that we live in an era of abundance, yet scarcity of attention seems to be the defining characteristic. There is so much content vying for our attention, it is very difficult to separate what is worthwhile from the noise. It makes me wonder if the algorithms are actually designed to keep us watching, rather than helping us discover something new.
