She has severe abdominal pains before and during her menses, extending to her back and thighs. The week before the menses she has a headache going from her occiput to her forehead, worse on waking and when she is tired, better from massage, rubbing and sleep. She also has a backache as if it was giving way, worse from stooping and better from massage, nausea and vomiting. She is depressed, does not care about anything and cannot concentrate or think.
