Girl, 4, eczema.
Despite treatment with Silicea and Manganum silicata she remains small and light.
Rash around the mouth, dry.
Main complaint is that she does not talk. She is shy, wants to do everything in her own way. She has fear of adults and does not talk with them. She makes eye contact but does not open her mouth, especially to adults and strangers.
She was treated for colds and coryza, which is 80% improved.
The official diagnosis is selective mutism and not autism.
