Woman, 45, fibromyalgia.
She has constant pain in her shoulders and hips and from time to time in her knees, wrists, jaw, worse from cold weather and increase of weight. Constant pain since eight years, worse since she divorced from her husband, three years ago. It was like falling in a hole and she did not know how life could go on. She has a new relationship recently, but she feels that the same patterns as in her marriage come up again. She feels like a stag with stunted antlers. She feels stunted for her new partner but also for her children, mother, father, ex-husband and so on. She is giving too much and when she realises that it is too much for her, she withdraws. She feels torn forth and back, between giving and being herself, as if she has no roots. It feels like an elastic band strained in different directions. When she withdraws, she feels the pain, when the emptiness surfaces in her. This emptiness is connected to loneliness and she realises that this is the feeling from childhood, because her parents never understood her. In her childhood she was not seen as an individual person, she was supposed to be the same as all her siblings. It is necessary for her to Her retreat in order to cope with all her emotions. Meditation helps her to retrieve her power. Her ego needs confirmation from outside. She is fishing for it, that is the stunted pattern that drives her.
Her mother also had the same giving attitude. Contradicting her father was not easy.
She has had sleeping problems for 20 years.
AnalysisCarbon series: self-worth; lonely; existence anxiety.

Lanthanides: meditation; not seen as an individual; highly self-reflected; autonomy.
Phase 3: pleasing; stunted; giving too much; back and forth; elastic band stretched in different directions; not seen; fishing for confirmation.
Subphase 4: responsibility for her group, family.
Campanulaceae: achieving, capable but unsure; not seen by father; too weak to oppose her father; doing what is asked, lonely feeling, need for appreciation of others to feel worthy, to be someone.
Stage 13: retreat; withdrawing.
Follow upAfter Wahlenbergia capensis MK her pains and fibromyalgia are much better. She goes outside for a walk much more often and is not withdrawn anymore. Her sleep is good. It has become clear for her that she can be now how she is, that It is not an unreasonable demand for her surroundings. She is allowed to vouch for herself. She realised that she has more self-worth, also in her work. Her existential fear is gone.
She does not feel the need to change her partnership anymore, it is fine the way it is. She has confidence they will manage their relationship without problem.s
Thulium sulphuricum and carbonicum, Praseodymium sulphuricum helped quite well, but only for a short while.
