A young woman of 25 years, in demeanor a girl. She is small in stature, radiates, cheerful, and lively; she always looks as if she's about to say something or play a prank.
During puberty, she had anorexia. Later, epilepsy developed, which runs in the family, and she uses medication. She only had one major seizure, mostly it is a strange feeling in the abdomen before, it would come up, she had to swallow a lot, and she felt nauseous, she would then see things differently, hear things being said, see mouths moving but it didn't register with her. Afterward, she felt very uncomfortable. It was triggered by crowds, shops, a party, or in church.
Panic attacks, since she started dating. Then she feels sick, starts shaking all over, fidgeting, wants to move, then sinks into a kind of 'coma', she's there but nothing works, she's like a rag doll. It's a kind of escape from reality, from thoughts of the past, for example, when she was bullied in elementary school, if she talks about it, it resurfaces. Insecurity, I don't know what to do with it, if they pay too much attention to me, it happens. The previous relationship lowered her self-confidence and brought back memories of bullying.
Had a huge burnout, still feel like I'm on the edge regularly, it could start again at any moment. I'm not happy, I feel like the whole world is rushing by. The problem was a colleague, it felt like she was walking all over me, and I had nothing to defend myself with.
The panic attacks happen at work, if she thinks no one sees it, it subsides. Those are moments when she can forget everything, and can't handle multiple tasks at once. There was always aggression, she stopped working, and anorexia returned. At home, it often doesn't work either, she wants to help but it doesn't work, can burst into tears, or just sit in her room. When they interfere too much with me, it's like I'm powerless lying on the ground. Inside, I'm very angry, but I don't show it. Dreams about very strange things, from work, arms, and legs being cut off with a chainsaw - it didn't hurt, I met that colleague and I started hitting her very hard, I did apologize. Images of fear, that someone will become very aggressive or that her husband will be murdered. When she wants to prevent such an attack, she becomes very restless, fidgets, and shakes hands. With a lot of tension, the neck tilts sideways, from the back, even feel knees, have trouble lying down then, headaches from the neck. A shot from the doctor helps then.
Analysis
Tired, bullying points to Phase 6, where two family members responded well to Sapindales: that was an entry point to search within the Simaroubaceae. The lively way of storytelling, the cheerful yet almost distant undertone is common with Sapindales indications, also during searching for memories, looking upwards with the eyes while thinking. It's a close-knit family with established customs, the church and the status within the group are very determined, see this as 'culture', the emphasis of which fits with the silver series and class 5. Class 5: Family, church, represents culture, neck-shoulder area: class 5.
Phase 5: The cheerfulness, wanting to do more than is possible for her.
Phase 6: Poor self-image, fatigue, the attacks 'almost out' (complete loss of consciousness is Phase 7), living on the edge.
Stage 12: Struggle, colleague, dreams. Aggression as a theme, restlessness, fits with stage 12.
Prescription Quassia amara C200
Follow up after two months; it helped tremendously, “I'm much happier, and feel very good, it worked very quickly. I can handle everything again, and I thought less negatively about myself.
Still, occasionally at work I couldn't keep up, that's a tension that only really disappears after a good cry”. She can handle more and more, but after three months, she had a setback during a time of many parties, giving Quassia again. After that, it's stable, she feels fine. After a while, she stops the medication thinking of pregnancy.
