TaxonomyIn the Apg3 classification Nymphaeales is one of the most ancient lineages of flowering plants. Nymphaeales has 3 Families: Nymphaeaceae, Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae. Only the Nymphaeaceae are known in homeopathy.
In the Plant theory Nymphaeales is placed in its own Subclass Nymphaeidae. Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae are included in Nymphaeaceae.
FamiliesCabombaceae: Brasenia, Cabomba.
Hydatellaceae: Trithuria, Hydatella; Hydatella was formerly placed in Poales.
Nymphaeaceae: Barclaya, Euryale, Nuphar, Nymphaea, Ondinea, Victoria.
IntroductionIt can be seen as the Hydrogen series of the Magnolianae. As such it is a child like state, feeling vulnerable and unprotected, combined with the feeling of being unable to act and only being able to experience, undergo what happens.
