666.65.03 Triosteum perfoliatum, CaseWoman, 50, eczema.
She has eczema on her fingers, vesicles and cracks, with much itching better from rubbing. It feels as if the eruptions are full of bugs. The complaints are worse from heat, 5 am in the morning and better at sea.
She had hypotension. She frequently fainted in the morning after rising. She feels light-headed, vertigo, as if her brain sinks to the side she is lying on, as if floating when walking, like not really being on the ground, not really being present, foggy, like a zombie. It is better being busy, walking outside and worse sitting, reading, doing yoga. With it, she is very chilly, feels sad, depressed, unsure, restless inside, a kind of trembling, as if she cannot communicate in a proper way. It is worse in the morning, as if she was grounding gradually during the day. It is worse during menses. She has hyperventilation with palpitations, stiff hands, cramps, cold hands, as if life was fleeing out of her, as if everything is confused, worse at 4 am.
Menses are infrequent and scanty. She feared being infertile but got 4 healthy children. During menses she has severe stitches in her pelvis together with nausea and diarrhoea.
In her youth she was very closed, she almost lived as a ghost. She was very anxious with boys but had passionate love feelings that she suppressed. She never dared to do anything with it. She felt she would not be appreciated or liked so never told the boys that she was in love. It was a big problem for her. She was very unsure and restless, trembling when rising in the morning. She had a fear of what people would think about her.
She is happily married. She dreams of having erotic affairs with other men and feels confused afterwards, thinking she was betraying her husband. Then she makes love to her husband out of guilt and to get him back. It started after herhusband had been unfaithful to her. She could not get rid of that, had the feeling she always had to walk on her toes, do her best to please her husband. She did not go on holidays with girlfriends for fear of what her husband would do.
She has a great desire to be affirmed, fear of losing social contact. It is always a struggle to get in contact with people, a fear of being too much. She once moved to another neighbourhood and felt she had betrayed her old neighbours and friends.
