She has fainted and fallen on the street from dizziness and tiredness. She fears it might happen again. She continues to have vertigo with nausea, a turning feeling worse when she is doing too much. She does not feel herself, doing everything on automatic. She is out of her head for a while after lying down. She is too busy, alert to everything. She is thinking about solutions for her business, family and friends. She seems to be happier with problems than happiness because then she can solve things and be meaningful to others. But with her vertigo she feels panicky, cannot care anymore for everyone.
