He has nausea, bloated stomach, a burning, stitching pain in his right hypochondrium, worse from stress and not eating properly, for instance fat and French fries. The pains are better after sport and rest, better sitting upright and loosening of the clothes, worse from sitting slumped. He has much offensive flatus, especially after onions, leek, cabbage and root vegetables.
He has palpitations when he is nervous.
