She has problems setting limits wither her daughter for fear of not being a good mother. As a child she was not raised by her mother, and she does not know who her father is, since her mother has vowed to never tell her. Her mother’s father nearly committed suicide on hearing that his daughter was pregnant, walking into the water. She never felt accepted in the home she was raised in, with her aunt; she always hid under the table when visitors came. On vacations she was obliged to spend time with her mother, but if someone saw them together and asked who this girl was, her mother would say “she is my niece”, which made her feel like sinking into the ground. She felt “reborn” after the remedy, after an initial period of weeping.
