664.33.05 Primula officinalis, CaseWoman, 20, eczema.
She has eczema on her face, cervical, hollow of elbow, underarms, abdomen, soles. It is symmetric, itching, red, scaling, sometimes, cracking and bleeding, worse from wool, dust, evening in bed and blue colours. She has urticaria from cats, chocolate, sweating and cold dry weather.
She has abdominal cramping pain with bloating from air, better lying on right side with legs drawn up, worse from beans and better from warm applications.
She has hayfever with itching eyes and eyelids, sneezing in long paroxysms, itch in throat and ears, coughing and pressure in cheeks. She has had the hayfever for 10 years, the other complaints her whole life.
Her father is a problematic man, always quarrelling and criticising, trying to put others down. Her mother is the stable factor and home. She has good contact with her mother but that makes her father jealous. Most of the time she wants to escape from home, go away.
In primary school a child was excluded from the group; she and 3 others stood up for that girl and were excluded as well. She despised the others.
Fear: being seen as crazy; dentist, dark, alone, elevators, heights, crowds.
Sensitive, for pitiful scenes on television, feels the moods of her father.

Weather: chilly !, cold hand and feet, < dry cold weather, > open air, > sea.

Aversion: peanut butter, sesame, meat, fish.

Follow upOne month after Primula officinalis MK she is doing much better. Her eczema is 50% better. She sleeps better. A few months later she is doing fine and the complaints are almost gone.
5 years later she is still doing well, without eczema, hayfever and abdominal pains.
Carcinosinum, Petroleum, Sinapis nigra, Psorinum and Calcium carbonicum had a temporary palliative or no effect.
