665.76.17 Ipomoea purpurea, CaseWoman, 15, psychosis.
She has psychosis and hears voices. Some voices are friendly, but others are criticising her saying that she is obese, ugly, stupid, bad, not friendly or nice and that she has betrayed others. The voices tell her to burn herself with a hot iron or to cut herself with a knife. They tell her that she takes too much space and that it is better if she is not there anymore. She has a vision that the ground is waving, that the walls make a sound and come near, that the ceiling is coming down. She wants to be held to feel safe. She feels locked, like in a cube and does not know the exit.
It started after a long period of being bullied at school. She was excluded; they pushed her from the staircase, let her stumble, were spitting on her, throwing things at her and scolding her as a whore. She felt guilty that a man had touched her erotically.
She wants to work in developing countries, to help people, especially when she has seen the ghettos like in Johannesburg. She is touched when she reads books about slavery. She built a club for animal protection.
She is very creative, writes books and poems and plays music. She is very interested in the occult and magic.
She is practical and full of energy and her agenda is full, enough for 3 people. She has a strong personality and can be theatrical. Her mother thinks that her guilt feelings are a kind of drama. Her domineering trait can create problems with others. She is very extroverted, talks a lot, talks fluently and with loquacity about all kinds of stories that she made up herself. She wants to prove herself so that others can be proud of her. She feels like an adult.
She has a pricking throat pain when she feels guilty about something.
