Sleep: sleepless, rolling and tossing, disturbed by frequent dreams.
Physical: < motion; > exercise.

Head: hot; confused, swimming; pain dull, forehead, left temporal fossa, < least noise, < walking, < coughing, > bend forward, < erect position.
Eyes: eyeballs pain, too large, as fall from their sockets; vision bluish, blur; burning, inner canthus, profuse tears.
Face: hot; dull pain.
Mouth: greasy tongue and gums; taste offensive, foul, insipid, < morning; profuse flow of saliva; grumbling toothache.
Throat: pungent; as though a crumb of bread or some other foreign substance were lodged in larynx.
Lungs: difficult breathing.
Heart: palpitation, with great anxiety.
Chest: as bound up, expanding difficult.
Stomach: nausea, sick; empty belching; pain aching, cramping, pinchings, gnawing, < meals, < morning; contractions; fullness; desire to vomit.
Abdomen: swelling, as ascites; as contents were drawn back against the vertebral column; flabby, gone; short, sharp, lancinating pains, extended backward, > bend forward; flatulence, grumbling.
Rectum: diarrhoea; stool painless, thin, watery, very offensive, with blood; constipation.
Genital: itching, < scratching.
Urinary: pain sharp, cutting pains, urethra, < urinating; urine copious, strong disagreeable odour.
Limbs: cramping pains in the muscles of the arms and calves; pain in the left shoulder, extending down the arm into the hand; cramping pains in the fingers when writing.
Skin: hot, dry, itching, burning, < scratching.
