A man of 60 years of age had a nervous breakdown six months ago. He feels completely burnt out due to chronic stress. He didn't recover from it during his holiday, as he usually did. Terbium oxydatum he feels stable again. He can put things into perspective, for instance social contacts. His energy rose again to an almost normal level. He is able to work again as in the past and it feels normal now. He can walk for hours with his dog without relapses. He sleeps better.
Six months later he feels fine, very balanced. His life rhythm is going along by itself. His urination problems have almost gone.
After 2 years he's doing fine. The pain and numbness in his arms and legs are gone. He has only infrequent cramps in his calves in the night after mental exertion. His concentration is normal and he can read books. He has no more nightmares and sleeps well. The quality of his life has gone up from 40 to 80.
Other remedies had helped already to quite an extent. As a first remedy Inula gave him less tension, less cramps and more initiative.
