Homeopathy and the Elements
Rhenium is a new remedy.
Rhenium was named after the river Rhine. It was discovered in 1925 and its chemical symbol is Re.
Rhenium is a rare metal. It is used in electric switches and electronic thermometers. It is very heat resistant, hence its use in heat wires and thermocouples. Jewellry is often coated with a thin layer of Rhenium, because it has a nice silvery sheen.

Essence: practising leadership.
They have taken on the function of being a leader, and now they need some space to practice. They like to do it well, so they welcome some feedback that will get them on the right track again should they make a mistake.
They like to have an overview of how things work and what needs to be done. This is the only way they feel they can get a grip on the whole organisation.
Desire to be assisted in their directorship
They really need feedback, from superiors and from employees. They hate having to sort it out all on their own. They are very good at handling criticism, as long as it is constructive in showing them how to steer company. Compliments are even more welcome, it makes them glow with pleasure, and with pride if they are not careful.
Leadership by getting people to work together: coach
Their type of leadership is characterised by a desire to get people to cooperate with each other. The business will run much more smoothly because of it.
Leadership by giving compliments: stimulating
They tend to stimulate their employees into giving more of themselves. This way they improve the overall production. Occasionally they will give some negative feedback, but only if they think that people will learn from it.
They like to see a board of directors that cooperate with each other. They believe that the sum of their individual qualities can achieve more than a single person on his own.
Offended by criticism that their leadership is too technical
If the organisation isn’t doing too well they may get very sensitive to criticism. They will try to keep the exchange of ideas going, but the situation doesn’t allow too much time for lengthy discussions. They feel most hurt when people say their leadership is too technical and they don’t use enough muscle power to push ahead.
Failure through technical leadership
Their pitfall is their tendency to be too technical. They act according to the book, the way they learned it at their managers course. But they don’t trust their own intuition enough to make decisions when they should. They may also fail by putting too much emphasis on cooperation, so that there is nobody who takes overall responsibility when the situation demands it. They run the risk of getting stuck in endless discussions with other directors, union leaders, personnel managers etc. When a compromise is finally reached, there is very little left of the power of the original ideas.
