Rhus radicans since they can be distinguished only with difficulty. It is possible that the proved Rhus tree was actually
Rhus radicans, which is much more common. The nomenclature in this is very confusing.
Rhus toxicodendron can be:
Toxicodendron pubescens, Toxicodendron toxicarum,
Toxicodendron radicans or
Rhus radicans.
