IntroductionCrassulaceae are desert-like plants; do not need much for themselves; they want their space and sun; they have fused petals, like
Asteranae, which is a lanthanide quality; each petal is an individuality; in
Asteranae the petals are fusing, all coming together, which can be seen as an integration of the personalities.
TaxonomyIn old classifications
Crassulaceae has already been associated with
Saxifragaceae and has been placed in the Order
Saxifragales.
The genus Sedum is very large and diverse grouping of species. DNA studies indicate that many of these species would be better placed within segregate genera, like Hylotelephium, Phedimus and Rhodeola. Others like Thiedens propose to place all species except Crassula into the genus Sedum.
Plant theoryIn the first version of the
Plant theory Crassulaceae is treated the same way as the
Apg3 classification, placed in
Subphase 5 in
Saxifragales. But that placement did not result in effective prescriptions.
In the newer version of the
Plant theory Crassulaceae is shifted to the Adsteranae, in the carbon series place.
Crassulaceae are upgraded to the level off order
Crassulales and subclass
Crassulidae. This placement fits better with the quality of sympetalae of the
Crassulaceae, similar to
Asteranae. The result of this placement are more much better. The remedy code of 3-662.00.00 shows the strong Lanthanide qulity that
Crassulaceae have. But ist is combined with the child quality of the carbon series. Together that gives a strong new age quality.
