TaxonomyIn the Apg3 classification Nymphaeales is one of the most ancient lineages of flowering plants. Nymphaeales has 3 Families: Nymphaeaceae, Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae. Only the Nymphaeaceae are known in homeopathy.
In the Plant theory Nymphaeales is placed in its own Subclass Nymphaeidae. Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae are included in Nymphaeaceae.
