BotanyHerb; very fragrant, citrus smell, only at night, to attract the right moth; alternates producing new leaf growths with flower stems.
Leaves: dark green; fleshy; terete; pendent; 40 to 80 cm long, up to 2 cm wide.
Root: rhizome; creeps along the substrate.
Inflorescence: flower stems from the rhizome rather than from the top of the pseudobulb, with 1 flower.
Flower: petals and sepals greenish-white; lip is white in color; waxy; fragrant at night; 7 8 cm; blooming from May to July.
