Boisduvalia densiflora, Case
Woman, 50, menorrhagia.
She has irregular and heavy menses. The gynecologist did not find aberrances and treats her contraceptives. She has hot flushes early in the morning ad in the late afternoon with the feeling that her skin is hot and her face is on fire.
She has fibromyalgia. She has a pricking pain in her right heel, especially in the morning with the first steps. The pain is spreading to her ankle. It is diagnosed as calcification of her heel. She has backache, in her lumbar region, extending to higher up her back and left shoulder and further into her hands and fingers. It is worse form typing and holding things with her hand. She has pain in her left hip, extending to her left leg.
She is sleepless, wakes unrefreshed.
She is very much affected by her position as a woman, having much less rights as a woman in the third world. She supported her husband in his business financially, but he lost the money. As a girl she had to do all the household work whereas her brothers did not need to do anything. In her first marriage she adapted for a long time to her aggressive husband. She handled the shop, whereas he only spoiled the money. In the end she divorced, a bold step in that third world country. After that she made much money form her shop and did very well. Now she is supporting her father, who does not appreciate her for that. He even gives her money to her brothers to support them. It feels as unjust.
Her son has left his girlfriend, a young woman she had very good contact with. That feels as a grief and an injustice to that woman.
