Body
General: wandering dropsy.
Nervous: cerebral congestion; apoplexy; neuralgia.
Vertigo: violent, whirling, as if everything turned around, as if falling backward, as if brain moved, wanted to get out of skull, as of heavy weight on head; fear of falling < standing up; malaise worse by pressure on head.
Head: headache, migraine, nervous, hammer like, boring, beating, dull, temples, occiput, above forehead, < morning, < indoors, < bent, < stooping, < movement, < riding in closed carriage, < travelling by rail, < hat, > open air, > pressure; full heavy, hot, rush of blood to head; as if a band around head; forehead tense skin.
Eyes: photophobia, < light; flies flying before eyes; burning, pricking pains in orbital cavities.
Ears: buzzing, > open air; hearing loss.
Nose: pressure at root of nose, right side.
Face: hot, pale, red spots on cheeks.
Mouth: tongue dull, clear, imprinted with teeth; papillae of edges very red; salivation.
Throat: burning pains right side of throat; dull; pricking thyroid, right side, < breathing; inflammation; twitching, going to forearm; larynx dull; voice weak, remarkably fine, clear, strong, the high notes easily given out.
Lungs: cough, benign; burning pricking in respiratory tracts; bronchitis.
Heart: pressure; angina, pain; palpitation with feeling of weakness.
Stomach: empty, burning; vomiting.
Abdomen: rumbling.
Rectum: diarrhoea, exhausting, watery, painless, + fever, goose-flesh; ineffectual straining; cholera in children; hydrocephaloid.
Urinary: urine scanty, turbid earth colour, smells strongly of violets; ineffectual straining, painful irritation of ureter.
Back: stiffness right side of neck.
Limbs: shoulder pain, heavy, lassitude, right, axillary joint, > in bed, > lying on painful part; burning in hollow of right hand; drawing pain in thumb and big toe; rheumatic and gouty pains; trembling of hands and feet; twitching, great toe going to calf; burning in right axillary join preventing movement of right arm better in bed, lying on painful part; pricking in fourth and fifth finger of both hands; as if left leg swollen, tearing, drawing; weight and lassitude of limbs.
Skin: sensitive, vulnerable; dermatitis, eczema, bright red, moist, chronic, scalp, occiput, palms, index fingers, thumbs; hair thinned.
