Desire: food, great craving for food at noon and night.
Aversion: food, loss of appetite, < morning.
Food: < after eating.
Sleep: wakeful, restless, < hunger.
Body
Fever: alternate heat and cold; chronic intermittent.
Head: hot.
Face: flushed cheeks.
Mouth: offensive breath.
Throat: choking.
Lungs: compressed; cannot be fully expanded, < coughing; dyspnoea, < lying down.
Heart: sharp, cutting pain in heart; pulse heavy and slow; tachycardia, bradycardia.
Chest: pain, something lodged had to be coughed up.
Stomach: pain, hurting, as a lump, hard-boiled egg had lodged in cardiac end of stomach, < eating; distressing constriction, knotted up; dyspepsia, old people, < tea or tobacco; belching.
Rectum: constipation; black stool.
Urinary: pain in external meatus.
Back: pain in small of back.
Limbs: rheumatic pains and aching in bones.
