644.55.04 Oxytropis lambertii
Names: Oxytropis campestris, Aragllus lambertii.
English: Crazy-weed; Loco-weed; White Loco-Weed; Rattle-weed; Rattleweed, Rattle Weed, Stemless Loco-weed.
Content: barium; indolizidine alkaloids; oxalicum acidum; selenium.
DD: Fabaceae, Acidums, Iron series, Nitricums.
Mind
Starting and stopping is the main problem. They have difficulty starting doing things, which is physically expressed in paralytic diseases where they have difficulty to starting moving. Stopping is also a new start, a new impulse do something else. The same is true for change in direction.
Complaints are worse thinking of them.
Despondency, depression. Monomania.
Desires to be alone.
Mind concentration, thinking low, dull; confusion, apathy, absent-minded; aversion to talk or study, all interests; defective expression in writing.
Bewildered, confused, intoxication.
Cross, irritable, restless.
Stimulation of mind, pleasant, intoxicated feeling.
Thinking: difficult, concentration difficult; forgetful of words and names.
Feeling as if he would lose consciousness.
Restless, aimless wandering.
Sexual desire or ability gone.
Dreams: animals, spiders, bugs swimming in water.
Dreams: pleasant, lascivious, amorous; quarrels.
General
Weather: > cool air.
Time: 9 pm; < every other day, << winter; pains come and go quickly; < every other day.
Desire: food.
Aversion: food.
Food: < eating, better after an hour.
Sleep: restless; ameliorates; > on side lain on.
Physical: > moving about.
Body
Vertigo: dizzy.
Nervous: reflexes lost, ludicrous manoeuvre; paralysis; gait uncertain, staggering, backward gait; ataxia; loss of coordination.
Head: headache; full, warm feeling.
Eyes: pain, burning; vision disturbance, obscured, diplopia, lost; do not respond to light; paralysis.
Nose: dry.
Face: pain in maxillary bones, masseter muscles.
Mouth: dry; cracking of lower lip.
Throat: aching; dull; sore; dark, swollen, glazed.
Chest: oppression, weight, constriction, as a wide band, xyphoid cartilage; sore under sternum.
Stomach: belching; nausea; colicky pains; epigastrium tender.
Rectum: sphincter relaxed; stools lumps of jelly, mushy, slip from anus.
Urinary: urging to urinate, < thinking of it; profuse flow; pain in kidneys.
Male: pain testes, along spermatic cord and down thighs; impotent.
Female: pain ovaries.
Back: spine numb, pithy, woody; congestion of spine.
Limbs: weak, loss power and control; trembling, sensation of emptiness; pain along ulnar nerve; patellar tendon reflex lost; muscles sore and stiff; pain in left sciatic nerve; cramps of muscles on front of leg, < walking.
