Introduction
Typically they hate to be treated as a child. It can freak them out as they do not know how to be themselves in a normal way. They have to prove that they are independent and adult, that they know what they do.
Mind
Mother is authoritarian, over-protective, imposes her will.
Mothers with children fighting her will.
Whining restlessness.
Peevish, sensitive, irritable, thirsty, hot and numb.
Oversensitive, < abuse of coffee and narcotics.
Pains unendurable, associated with numbness.
Child wants many things which he refuses again.
Piteous moaning because he cannot have what he wants.
Child can only be quieted when carried about and petted constantly.
Impatient, intolerant of being spoken to or interrupted; extremely sensitive to every pain; always complaining.
Spiteful, snappish.

General
Sweat: hot, clammy, forehead, scalp, < night.

Physical: > being carried.
Body
Head: throbbing headache in one half of the brain, > bend head backward.
Eyes: yellow sclerotic; lids smart; spasmodic closing of lids.
Ears: ringing; earache, stitching, sore; swelling, heat; stopped.
Nose: coryza, with inability to sleep; smells acute.
Face: one cheek red and hot; the other pale and cold.
Face: red cheeks and hot perspiration; stitches in jaw extending to inner ear and teeth.
Mouth: !! toothache, < warm, < coffee, < pregnancy, < dentition; nightly salivation; tongue yellow; taste bitter; jerking of tongue and facial muscles.
Throat: hoarseness, hawking, rawness of larynx; parotid and submaxillary glands swollen; constriction, pain, plug.
Lungs: irritable, dry, tickling cough; suffocative tightness of chest, with bitter expectoration in daytime; rattling of mucus in child's chest.
Chest: nipples inflamed, tender to touch; infant's breasts tender.
Stomach: belching, foul; nausea after coffee; bilious, bitter vomiting; acid rising; regurgitation; pressing pain, as a stone.
Abdomen: distended; griping in region of navel and pain in small of back; colic, flatulent, hepatic, < anger; acute duodenitis.
Rectum: diarrhoea, < dentition; stool hot, green, watery, foetid, slimy, chopped white and yellow mucus, like chopped eggs and spinach; sore anus; haemorrhoids; painful fissures.
Female: uterine haemorrhages; discharge profuse, clotted, dark blood; labour like pains, spasmodic, press upward; yellow, acrid leucorrhoea.
Back: insupportable pain in loins and hips; lumbago; stiff neck.
Limbs: violent rheumatic pains, > walk; burning soles, < night; ankles give; paralytic feet, unable to step on them.
