Gasps, fears to lose breath and die. Restless; with cardiac pains; and prostrated. Precordial anxiety. Apnoea. CARDIAC PAIN; violent; sharp to shoulder or both arms (l) (Kalm.), with numbness. Angina pectoris. Quick, feeble, thready pulse. Skin cold as marble. Dreams of flying. Hard ache in axillae.

Worse: Least motion, even of hands; Exertion.
