General
Sensation: sticking, darting, pressing, shooting downward, shift rapidly, wandering, numbness.
Weather: < open air; < warmth, heat of sun; < cold; > cloudy.
Food: < onions, < sweets, < lettuce; > eating.
Sleep: sleepless, wakes very early in morning.
Physical: < lying on left side; < bending, leaning forward; < looking down; < motion, > continued motion.
Body
Fever: protracted and continuous, tympanites.
Nervous: neuralgia; pains shoot downwards; fulgurating pains of locomotor ataxia; paralytic; pains and aching in limbs accompany nearly every group of symptoms.
Vertigo: < stooping, < looking down.
Head: pain, frontal, temporal, to nape, to teeth; from cardiac origin.
Eyes: stiff, pain drawing, stitching, < moving eyes, < noon; rheumatic iritis; scleritis, pain, < moving the eye; vision impaired.
Face: pale; neuralgia; worse right side; stitching and tearing in bones of jaw and face.
Nose: coryza, < sweets.
Mouth: stitches in tongue.
Lungs: dyspnoea, < sharp pains, < pressure from epigastrium toward the heart.
Heart: weak, fluttering; pulse slow, scarcely perceptible, 40, fast, rapid, visible, palpitation, tumultuous, < leaning forward; disease, < gout, rheumatism; tobacco heart.
Chest: shooting, above heart, into shoulder-blades.
Stomach: warm, glowing sensation in epigastrium; nausea; vomiting; pain in pit of stomach, < bending forward, > sitting erect; bilious attacks, with nausea, vertigo and headache; as if something being pressed under the epigastrium.
Abdomen: distension, flatulence, < onions.
Rectum: diarrhoea, << doing low things.
Urinary: urination frequent, sharp pains lumbar; nephritis, < scarlatina; albuminuria.
Female: menses too early, suppressed, + pain in limbs, back, inside of thighs; leucorrhoea after menses.
Back: pain, neck to arm, upper three dorsal vertebrae extending to shoulder-blade; pain down back, as if it would break, through shoulders; lumbar pains, nervous.
Limbs: deltoid rheumatism, right; pains intense, from hips to knees and feet, several joints, wandering, pass through quickly; weakness, numbness, pricking, coldness; pains along ulnar nerve, index finger; joints red, hot, swollen, < least movement, tingling, numbness, left arm.
Skin: eczema under arms; herpetic eruptions.
