A girl of 18 with fatigue. Her appearance is tall and slender, slightly bent forward, her clothing is always very striking, daring, hip and retro at the same time. On the street, people often turn to look at her. She looks cheerful or reserved, with something naive. The reason for coming is belly pain: stitches at the pit of the stomach, with attacks of a few minutes. The fatigue has always been there, she gets up tired, and has poor concentration. If she lies down, she falls into a deep sleep on the couch and wakes up nauseous. When she goes out and demands a lot of herself, with dancing, then she is deathly pale and nauseous the next day. As a child she had a lot of ear complaints, this got better and the fatigue also got better after Alfalfa.
All the school exams went very badly, every difficult subject gives her a black-out. She pays good attention in class, but she doesn't realize what she is doing. Sometimes it does go well for an hour, usually she is spent after half an hour of study. Menses gives a lot of trouble, despite the pill, she has a lot of stitches in the belly and back for two days, the fatigue is worse then. Her mother sent her; the year before she also had a lot of fatigue: much stress at school, having to make much effort, it was too much and she had low grades. She has had therapy; if someone says one thing too many, she bursts out, tearful, especially about the school grades. She wants to perform, to succeed, she wants to do a financial training, she is good with figures. School is dreadful, she doesn't like anything, she does drag herself through it, just keep going and going (this we know from the
Fabidae). Oral exams are the worst, face to face, you have to talk. Hobby: friends and going out, making music.
Dreams are very varied, also sometimes that I murder someone, in the dream she is aggressive, or she is murdered herself, or she is in class and starts to abuse someone. Mother calls her 'just' and 'disciplined', she is steadfast and sticks to an idea.
After Onosmodium it goes slightly better for a week, she came across as 'older', but after an oral exam she collapsed again. She has also had 'trouble' with friends, she blurted something out, they now talk about her, she is a problem. She broods over that. Exam: ‘I see myself failing’.
Dreams: about pirates, they abducted girls, in search of the ideal woman, but it wasn't me. Dream: I had to learn to swim again, back in the toddler pool. An invitation, but I had overslept and missed all sorts of things.
Analysis Wanting to get away, that could be
Phase 5, but that is a result of: school is nothing,
Phase 6; the feeling about the situation fits better with (Sub)phase 6.

Follow up After two weeks she reports that it is going better and better, she has more energy, during the exams she is now calm and no longer 'wrecked' afterwards. She could concentrate again, she is no longer tired, no longer coming home collapsed, and can simply learn again. She was allowed to drink again by her parents, before this she could never tolerate alcohol well, she always had a hangover for two days, now it went well. Menses gave a lot of pain. She sleeps well, still a lot, nights of ten hours. She had a dream: everyone was on drugs, smoking etc, I don't want that, but otherwise I wasn't allowed to join in the bingo (NB
Caryophyllales, see
Plant theory), I had used it anyway and everyone was angry because I had won. Clarke: generalities: prostration, darting pains here and there.
Dreams of dead bodies.
After three months there is flu with a lot of coughing, the whole family is laid low, this again costs her a lot of energy which had just become completely good again, she is working in the meantime. She had had an almost continuous cough for 10 days already, she got Anthemis nobilis and the next day everything was over and she was fit again.
