Introduction
They have a position and job that is fulfilling, but they have the idea or fear that if they make a mistake they will be set back, that their position will be taken away and they will be left with something minor. Even when their work is perfect they can be set back out of jealousy or other reasons. It is unfair but they cannot do anything against it.
