Botany
Climbing shrub, vine-like branches twining around other plants.
Leaves glossy green on the upper surface, ± 5 cm long, ± 2 cm wide.
Inflorescence: single hanging flower or a hanging group of up to five flowers.
Flowers: white to deep blue or pinkish in color.
Fruit: berry up to 3 cm long, with pulpy flesh, many seeds; fruits purplish-green, cylindrical, sausage-shaped, ± 2 cm long, densely hairy, become smooth as they ripen.
