663.53.02 Beta vulgaris, CaseMan, 40, palpitations.
He has palpitations since an operation on the cruciate ligaments of his knee after a sport trauma. With it he has hyperventilation, a pressing feeling on his chest, blue lips and sweating. The complaints are worse from riding in a car, sudden motions and better with breathing techniques. He is anxious with it but does not show it. It can be the opposite: he behaves as if nothing is wrong. He has always been so. But on the other hand he lets himself be tested for his heart and lungs every year since 18.
He has conflicts with his eldest son who has sleeping problems. He is tired of him, cannot cope with the problems. He thinks very rectilinear, children should obey.
He is grumpy and tired in the morning, irritable and discontented.
He has low energy.
He does not tell much, answers are typically “I do not know”, “No problems”.
He has asthma in summer, < wet weather, after coryza, with allergy to horses, grasses, house dust. He has a suffocating feeling, > lying on his back and side, < sitting, bent forward. He coughs green mucus. He has to hold his ribs to prevent pain from cough.

Beta vulgaris MK he gets an aggravation for a day. Then he starts feeling better, has a better mood and can cope with the children. His wife is different towards him, more sweet. Three months later he is doing fine, has hardly palpitations and when he does he can handle them.
