Equisetum arvense – Common Horsetail (Equis-a.)No old, but three new provings: Hesse, Juliane 1999 (D) Zillmer, Peter 2009 (D)
Bergink-Vos, Jacqueline 2009 (NL)
The provings display the feature that we already know from the Pteridophytes. The urological symptoms are confirmed, but not as strong as in the scouring rush, where they occurred in all provers.
Here we only look at those features that add to the common group ones.
• phantom odours and very sensitive to odours (just as Equis.)
• coryza with running nose and sneezing (just as Equis.)
• thirst for cold drinks.
• ravenous hunger, or fullness after meals.
• Pustules.
• pain in coccyx and lower back.
• headache.
