Habitat: woodland; understory plant in forested area.; prefers humus rich soil, filtered light, moisture; intolerant of overwatering, like most plants waterlogged soils and soggy potting mix are not suitable.
Use: ornamental, in containers and indoor, appealing fern.
BotanyFern: evergreen.
Leaves: upper surface has a raised structure resembling the underside of many other ferns; 70 cm long; delicate lacy appearance; deeply cut; veins prominent, on the upper surface; very glossy; ruffled pinnae; good mid tonight green.
