General: hot swellings, ulcers, inflammations, intermittent fevers, bleeding, hemostatic, astringent, febrifuge.
Head: headache.

Mouth: ulcers.
Throat: inflammation of tonsils; diphtheria.
Lungs: haemorrhage.
Stomach: nausea, vomiting.
Rectum: piles.
Urinary: urine scanty.
Female: repels milk when applied to the breast.
