Delusions: incurable, unrecognised disease; suffocated.
Aversion: food, appetite poor.
Mouth: gums swollen, bleeding.
Heart: pulse small, feeble.
Stomach: pain; indigestion.
Urinary: urination painful, dribbling.
Male: erections painful, excruciating in gonorrhoea; chordee; drawing in the spermatic cord and testicles, extending to the thighs; urethritis with offensive purulent discharge.
Back: pain lumbar, breaking, broken, < stooping, > motion, > walking.
Limbs: legs covered with dark purple blotches, swollen, painful and hard; ecchymosis; purpura haemorrhagica legs.
