TaxonomyClusiaceae, Hypericaceae, Bonnetiaceae, Podostemacaea and Calophyllaceae are a monophyletic group in the Apg3 classification, sometimes named Clusiaceae sensu latu. Caryocaraceae, an unknown family in homeopathy, seems to be near to this group.
In the Plant theory Podostemacaea is split off from Clusiaceae. Clusiaceae is placed in Subphase 4.
