Kalium sulphuricum
1-243.61.01Kali sulphuricum is sometimes called the chronic Pulsatilla. The common symptoms are: desire for company, warm, left sided, and yellow, thick and copious discharges. In the old literature the difference between these two remedies is not clear.Concepts Kali Sulphuricum Principle of duty Clothing
Closed Beauty, grace and harmony
Optimism Joy
Work, task Love and relationships
Family JealousyAnalysisFrom the group analysis we get a clearer insight into the essence of Kali-s. We find the theme to be the duty to be good to their partner. They have strong principles and make an obvious choice for their partner. They will go through any adversity or disease with their partner. If this goes on for many years they might become ill themselves; they can really sacrifice themselves.
This feeling of having to give love is not restricted to love for the partner. They will also extend this to parents, children, cousins and even to neighbours, friends and acquaintances. They give without a second thought, without expectations. They simply feel that they have to and they just do it (Kali). It does them good to give, and they enjoy seeing others being happy.EssenceThe idea that it is their task to give joy and happiness to others.MindThey are warm-hearted people who do a lot for others. If they can make someone happy they will do what they can to help that person; they can even sacrifice a lot to do this. They talk very little, but do all the more. They want to offer real help, especially to the sick. And they enjoy it very much when the other person feels better for it. If they can make sure that someone is a little bit happier after they have visited them, they feel very content.
They also have the attitude of helping in their marriage. Once they have made a choice of partner, they do everything they can to stand by them, to help them through periods of adversity or sickness.
They also expect others to care for each other. They don’t get angry very easily, but it irritates them if they see other people not taking care of their partner or relatives. They are inclined to comment on this with remarks such as: 'They really can’t go on like this'.GeneralsLocation: left.
