Mind
Dull, cannot concentrate mind for study; forgets names; writes last letters of words first; misspells common words.
Bewildered. Loss of consciousness.
Increased sexual desire.
General
Weather: < application of cold water, > application of hot water.
Time: < afternoon and evening. > morning.
Physical: > moving affected part.
Body
Head: full, stuffed up; pain pulsating, across forehead and above eyes.
Eyes: painful, sore, burning, smarting, as of sand; difficult to focus for close work.
Nose: stuffed; tightness, pressure at bridge of nose; acute nasal catarrh; posterior nares raw; discharge thick, yellow mucus; sneezing.
Face: bloated in morning; puffy under eyes.
Throat: stitching pain upon swallowing.
Lungs: trachea sore; lumps feel constricted.
Stomach: full, heavy; belching sour, offensive, < lunch, < dinner; vomiting at 2 pm.
Abdomen: flatulence, rumbling, with desire for stool, < morning; flatus.
Rectum: constipation; stools hard, small lumps, difficult, soft; much straining; bearing-down pain.
Urinary: difficulty of retaining; dribbling, < walking; frequent urination at night; pain over kidneys.
Female: bearing-down sensation; vulva inflamed, furious itching; ovarian and uterine pains; leucorrhoea.
Back: hot deep in spine, from sacrum to scapule; backache, extending down legs.
Limbs: muscular lameness, trembling; pain in knees; stiff limbs; inguinal glands and behind knee swollen.
Skin: rough, cracked, like leather; erythema, vesication, intense itching, stinging and burning; blisters, little lumps; dermatitis, around knees; eczema, poison-oak, early typhoid states, etc.
