The headache exists for 20 years, increasing in severity and frequency and is present most of the time. The headache is throbbing, maddening, hot, in her right forehead and face. With it she is chilly, pale, grey, has vomiting and her eyes look weird. The headache is worse from heat, at 5 am and better cold applications, by pulling her hair and better coffee.
As a child, her tonsils were removed. Her left meniscus and a cyst in her left eye were removed.
Weather: chilly, cold hands and feet; < heat.
Sweat: axillae, < exertion; flushes, < night.
Desire: potatoes, vegetables with meat, coffee!.
Aversion: spicy !, liver, leek and onion !.
Female: menses very irregular, copious; irritation before menses.
She is a sociable and friendly woman, open about herself. She is cheerful and lively. She works hard as an administrator. She is not married because she has not met her true love.
She has cared for her parents. Her mother had rheumatism and could do little.
She is a fighter. She can be angry suddenly but forgets it as easily. She does not like to complain, to keep whining. She has an extreme aversion to whining and complaining. She cannot stand the whining of others. Her mother was similar, not complaining despite the enormous pain of rheumatism. She will continue working as long as possible to work in spite of the headache.
