He has pain in the region of his gall bladder. It is worse when he lies on his left side and back and better when he lies on his right side. It is better from walking and worse from coffee and fat.
The complaints have to do with the ending of his marriage. His wife got post natal depressions, with screaming and yelling like crazy, lying on the ground.
