Woman, 30, lachrymation: Tears forever.
Her right eye has wept continuously for three years and this makes her emotional. There is no pain or irritation in the eye. Windy weather or a change of temperature have no influence. She has contact lenses but for the rest the ophthalmologist cannot find any abnormalities. It started after a boyfriend has betrayed her. She was very angry and sad, felt very hurt.
She has headache before menses, above her left eye, worse standing, better lying and quietness, worse in the weekends. She has no nausea or vomiting. In the past she had had throat infections, cystitis and an ear inflammation on the right side.
She likes travelling and other cultures. She prefers the quiet cultures in South America and experiences the Dutch culture as noisy and rude. In her job she is coordinating performances of children from developing countries in primary schools. She likes her job but sometimes it is very heavy.
In the past she had laryngitis, 2 times cystitis, otitis right ear.

She writes a lot, organises thoughts.
