Woman, 26, psoriasis guttata.
She has psoriasis on her arms, hands and feet, back and abdomen and scalp, worse after coryza. Then she has a throat infection with stitching pain, desire for warm drinks and swollen glands under her left jaw worse by swallowing. She is very tired after walking for just 5 minutes. As a child she also had frequent throat infections with loss of voice.
She was born with a cleft palate which was operated at four. Due to this her speech was unclear and only her mother could understand her. She had an aversion to speech therapy because she did not want to be different from other children. She was not bullied.
She often feels unsure, about her presentation, image and achievements. She is studying creative art but she has a fear that she will not be good enough, that she cannot achieve. She feels dependent on her teachers and longs for their recognition. In the period before the psoriasis started she felt ugly and condemned herself. She can envy people who are self assured. She was anxious as a child with a fear of the dark.
Dream: entering a big jute sack.
Dream: she is building a big tower as the scenery, she gets a fear that she does not know how to go back and holds on to another girl, a teacher says “your fear is not real you are acting it”.
Dream: people are waiting for an important dog-trainer; he comes and she is the only one who sees him, he approaches her saying “you have to come into action”; there was a big white and black cat.
Dream: she is a persecuted by two vulgar girls who are aggressive and yelling, she walks away, a big cat comes and lies beside her, she has a fear of the cat and pushes the animal away.
Fear: spiders, snakes, wolves.
Weather: -> warmth, -> sea; < rain, giving pressure in head.
Sweat: < exertion.
Desire: pasta !; garlic !; onion !; tomatoes !; spicy!; cheese !; olives !; rice !; millet !; minced meat !; sweet !; chocolate !; ice !; buttermilk !; vegetables !; nuts !; fruit !, drinks, coffee, beer, wine.
Aversion: fish !; fat meat !; and meat !; milk !; sour !.
Female: menses regular; back ache before menses.
Sleep: good; on the right side; talking during sleep; not refreshed in the morning.
AnalysisThe psoriasis together with the gonorrhoea reminded me of Cubeba. Cubeba is also known for throat infections.
We see many aspects of stage 16. She feels ugly. Although she was not bullied, the situation is typical for being an outcast with her cleft palate.
Phase 6: outcast; ugly; condemned.
Follow upFive weeks after Cubeba MK her skin was almost completely normal, it was amazing. She was still tired but mentally stronger. She is less panicky.
She had had a dream where a beautiful black female cat had to hide in the abdomen of a nice black stray cat, after a while the nice cat meowed and popped out of the throat of the stray cat.
Another five weeks later her skin is perfect.
