English: Lesser Mexican-stonecrop; Soft Sedum.
Region: Sierra Nevada mountains.
Habitat: needa bright sunlight; intolerant of hard frost; prfers great drainage and deep, infrequent water, well-draining soil, with 50% to 70% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.
Use: ornamental, colorful ground cover, waterwise or fire-resistant landscaping.
Botany
Herb, bushy subshrub; succulent; evergreen; 5 cm tall.
Stem: branching.
Leaves: glossy; yellow-green, pink tinge at their leaf edges when grown in full sun.
Flowers: open, yellow.
