13. Case of Hemorrhagic cyst in right ovaryPresenting Complaints: A 14-year-old female patient presented with cramping pain in the right lower abdomen for 1 week, worse with pressure and relieved after passing stool. Associated with fatigue and pain in the leg.
Other Complaints: Headache with nausea for 2 years. Motion sickness with headache and vomiting; relieved by fresh air. Occasional dizziness on prolonged standing in the sun.
Menstrual History: Menarche at 11 years; cycles delayed by 8-10 days; flow lasts 5-6 days; bleeding with red clots; thick, sticky, minimal odor, difficult to wash off. Premenstrual mood swings and irritability. Minimal pain during menses. Cramping pain, worsening on bending. One episode of ear blockage, difficulty inhaling, and left-sided chest pain; not anxiety-related.
Mind State: Feels her mother favors her elder sister. Sensitive and emotional; easily cries, especially, when her mother comments on her health. Prefers solitude. Dislikes bright light; prefers darkness and covering herself at night.
Past History: Mild colitis with gases.
Family History: Grandfather – Cardiac issues, stroke, DM, kidney cancer; Grandmother – asthma, cardiac arrest; Uncle – TB lung.
Physical Generals: Low appetite; desires ice cream, cold drinks** in the winter season, fast food; like sweets. Offensive perspiration in axilla.
Nature: Fears losing loved ones and feels lonely or left out. Highly sensitive. Fear of dogs and animals.
Dreams of dead people.
USG: May 24th, 2024 – 9.8mm echogenic endometrium. Hemorrhagic cyst (43mm) in the right ovary. B/L multifollicular ovaries.
AnalysisRx: Oophorinum 30C B. D. for 5 days. After 3 days, Conium 30C, 200C and Conium LM1 O. D. for 3 days
Follow up: No pain episodes. Menstrual flow with dark red clots, stains wash easily. USG reports are better.

Uterus: Anteverted, normal in size, shape and echo texture. It measures 6.1 x 4.4 x 2.9 cm. The endometrium measures 9.9 mm.
Ovaries: Both the ovaries are normal in size, shape, and echotexture.
The right ovary measures 3.6 x 1.7 cm.
The left ovary measures 3.5 x 1.9 cm.
No adnexal mass lesions are seen.
