10. Case of Acute UrticariaChief Complaint: Itching over both arms following the use of henna, with urticarial patches at the application sites.
Other Complaints: Sensation of emptiness in the abdomen with inability to pass flatus; symptoms are worse with hunger and after drinking; motion sickness.
K/C/O panic attacks, currently on Stramonium.
Physical Generals: Desire for coffee and crispy foods, dryness of tongue and palate; increased thirst with sinking sensation in the abdomen; thermally hot.
Mind State: Fear of death, about her health; finds difficult to calm herself and feels better when around her parents. Impatient.
Dreams: She had acne on her face and felt very bad about it.

Histaminum 6C O. D. for 7 days
Follow up after 4 days: Itching is much better, no burning; swelling and dryness is also less.
